November means thanks-giving and celery isn’t just for stuffing any longer, Louise! That made no sense but for some reason sounded funny to me. My number one favorite holiday is this month and we are going to give it a lot of attention. Last year we focused on thanksgiving dinner side dishes and we are going to do that again this year. Each post will have a brand new recipe printable and two from last year also. These are great go-to recipes for your three-ring binder. Surely, everyone keeps a three-ring binder of recipes in their kitchen, don’t they?
First up: Celery Salad with Dates, Almonds, and Parmesan from bonappetit dot com. My daughter said, “It’s a keeper.”

Cranberry apple relish sounds like a fun take on an old family favorite.
