And, her Mediterranean Pasta Salad! Michele, her hubs, and four sons live in Maine and they are definitely on my bucket list and 2020Vision road trip!!! Michele is an extraordinary writer – she uses words which send me to the dictionary and she can weave a sentence like a fine piece of wool! My close friend in NC calls me a wordsmith – but I don’t come close to Mrs. Morin of Maine!!!
Michele’s pasta salad was featured on Sue’s “Every Table Tells a Story” last week, you can read the whole story here. When I saw the recipe I immediately messaged Michele and asked permission to share it on Tasty Tuesday, what isn’t there to like about pasta with a Mediterranean flare? Jesus would have eaten it – I am certain of it.
Michele and her family have a heart to serve the Lord in their everyday lives – their nest is emptying but she is still homeschooling one at home and teaching those important Grandma lessons to their one grandson, every chance she gets! I hear a little girl grandbaby is arriving in September and will be the first girl Morin since 1947! Mr. Morin of Maine is an elementary math teacher, can you even imagine the table talks at their home? Smart stuff, y’all!
If you want to read profound words and know what books to read? Visit Michele at her online home – you won’t be sorry you did! I want to visit in person one day, on a Friday of course – because it’s homemade pizza night at the Morin house!
Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul. 3 John verse 2
