Quinoa, pronounced keen-wah, has great potential in the kitchen and in our day-to-day nutritional intake. I love it and use it a lot. It is good hot or cold and the secret is to add lots of great flavor to it with other ingredients. It is a protein champion. Tasty Tuesday is going to feature Quinoa during July – two printable recipes each week. Add them to your repertoire or binder!

I love Quinoa!!!!!!!!!! Sharing this.
And so good for you!
I made a Mexican stew and tossed some quinoa in and served it to my faculty family boys. “Please pass some more of that soup with worms in it, Mrs. Ojeda,” one of them said, “that’s good stuff!”
VERY good stuff!!!
