Back in May of 2004, our pastor Ron Drake attended a Total Health Conference in Nashville TN. Pastor Ron was not enjoying good health – he had lots of issues and he knew the Lord was drawing him to attend this conference and to learn what the Bible had to say about eating and health. He’s never looked back!

Our church cookbook, “Food for Life and Health,” is a result of the wisdom and knowledge Pastor Ron gleaned from the conference. To quote the Foreward in the cookbook…
The information in this book saved my life in 2004, and it has given me a better state of health than I have experienced since 1962 when I was in the Marine Corps. It has given new energy and longevity to my life and my ministry in the body of Christ.
I wish the book was still in print but it is not. It is my hope to share several recipes during this month of August!
