We are the crunch family – we like crispy, crunchy food – not fried food, but crunchy! And, we eat a lot of greens: kale, Romaine, spinach, arugula, iceberg, spring mix – if it’s green and has a crunch? We eat it! A salad that is always requested is my daughter’s Caesar. In honor of Mom’s Day it is this week’s Tasty Tuesday featured recipe. Number one Marni’s a great mom, and, number two I hope she sees this and makes it Sonday!
