Write 31 Days is over for 2016. Writing one or two posts every single day is invigorating but at the end of the month you realize how tired you are! I am giving myself lots of grace this week.
My friend had a simple scrambled egg idea on Instagram the other day and I made them the last two mornings and the eggs are tasty and nutritional. Of course I want to share it with you. There’s an*affiliate link below to help you find a product I used and purchased on Amazon.
Faith Mountain Wellness Scrambled Eggs
- Whip together 5-6 eggs
- Add 1-2 tsp of Nutritional Yeast Flakes (rich with B vitamins!)
- Add 1 1/2 tsp of dried chives (I used fresh from the garden)
- Add 1 T of your favorite milk product or alternative milk product
- A pinch of sea salt
- A 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- A slight pinch of coarse black
Heat up your favorite skillet with real butter, keep the heat low and add the egg mixture. Cook slowly but do not overcook. Serve HOT!
