- 1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 T. EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (lemon is good too)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Combine in food processor, process all ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Makes 3 1/4 cups. Serve with your favorite chip or cracker.
